1st Warsash Sea Scouts
Great opportunity to share with the 1st Warsash Sea Scouts, Portland Troop and help them gain their ‘Faith’ badge. The topic was an evening on ‘Judaism’ (from a Christian perspective) and an enthusiastic group of youngsters enjoyed playing some ice-breaker games before seeing and handling some objects i.e Yad – Torah pointer , Hebrew Bible, Scroll etc. related to the Jewish faith before settling down to watch a DVD on Passover. It was good to explain the story and the meaning of Seder Plate and cover a whole range of issues during thew question and answer session.

Gordon & Phil Davies led the Youth Work stream and it was great to run some practicle workshops on ‘Sharing your faith’.

Following the 2012 Counties film, 2V Studios were again asked to produce a film documenting the activities of 3 Counties evangelists, to give a flavour of the work supported by the Counties network as a whole. The final film was shown at the annual conference.
