Today my team are at Giurgiulești (which is a commune in the Cahul District of Moldova. It is also a border crossing point to Romania) this morning.

MM 2024 Blog #4
Four meetings today and all very different. my favourite was the house with the imitation tree as part of the room decoration. The perfect opportunity to tell the story of zacchaeus (Luke chapter 19 verses 1-10) and as with zacchaeus it is good to report that, “Today, salvation has come to this house!”

Responses at each meeting and a joy to work alongside Pastor Claudiu, please pray for him as he follows up those who responded to the gospel.

Today my team are at Manta*.
Once again Dorian will translate for Jamie and Ecaterina will translate for me.
Pray for safety as we travel, for prople to attend and for t
a clear response to the gospel. One big problem with the senior folk is the Orthadox Church, many are blinded to Christ by religion, please pray for a break through.

Todays meetiings are 2pm, 4pm & 7pm.

*Manta is a commune in Cahul District, Moldova. It is composed of two villages, Manta and Pașcani.

Counties Hampshire is in Vadul lui Isac, Moldova.
Three meetings today for our team (Gordon, Jamie & translators Ecaterina & Dorian) at Vadul lui Isac in the Cahul District, In many ways a typical FRANK house meeting, numbers varied but we saw resonses at each home. Please pray that those who responded to the gospel will be followed up by the local Pastor and Church.

Team meeting over and we are ready for action!

MM 2024 Blog #2:
Counties Hampshire is in Cahul District.
Two meetings today, this morning was a traditional Church service/preach, it was good to see 4 adults resond to the preaching by walking forward during the appeal.
This afternoon were joined the Church at Larga, last year it was just a plot of land and a small Church plant work with youth & children’s activities taking place in the community building, one year later they have a new building and it was Harvest celebration and thanksgiving for God’s provision of the new building. Great to join with other Chuirches to celebrate. Jamie shared his testimony and Pastor Seth (visiting from the USA) preached. A good occassion to celebrate God’s goodness.

MM 2024 Blog #1:
Counties Hampshire is in Cahul District.
A long day but we are settled into our accommodation and looking forward to tomorrow!
The day started well when at Luton airport a Moldovan man overheard us talking and decided to join in the conversation, a chance to witness before we even boarded the plane!
Chaos in Chișinău as due to fog six planes were all circling and waiting for permission to land, when permission was granted, all six planes landed within minutes of each other, and so the scramble was on to get through the six passport control booths!
A bumpy drive to Cahul in beautiful sunshine was uneventful but seemed to be long, and here we are unpacked and raring to go,
Please pray for Jamie, he has back problems and he is in pain this evening, the room stinks of deep heat which hopefully will ease his pain and free up any blocked nostrils we might have – lol
